This photo illustration, from the cover of 100 Years of Business in Philadelphia, was created to show the city's growth. Showing the drastic change in the city's skyline seemed a good way to illustrate this change. After extensively searching through many city archives, I was able to find two photos of the same view, one modern and one taken in the early 20th century. The photos were then merged together to create the final result.
